Monthly price represents what the carrier quotes monthly for your picked amount, term and class—payable month to month. Health class shows the underwriting rank the quotation assumes; this will be validated after underwriting. Exam indicates if the carrier anticipates an exam; a lot of expedited programs avoid it for suitable applicants. A.M. Best ranks the carrier's financial stability.
